Founded in the Greater Toronto Area in 2012, we began with residential carpentry and quickly earned a reputation that grew entirely by word of mouth.

Over the following decade, we expanded our capabilities to encompass every major facet of home renovation — from sophisticated basement finishing and luxury bathroom remodels, to custom outdoor structures that transform backyards into resort-like retreats.

The Beginning

Arete Renovation launches in the GTA with a focus on custom carpentry and residential trim work. First 10 clients are secured entirely through referrals.

2015

Full-Service Expansion

Team grows to 8 specialized tradespeople. Services expand to include basement finishing, bathroom renovation, and flooring installation. 50th project milestone reached.

2018

Exterior Division Launch

Outdoor living division established. Custom decks, pergolas, gazebos, and fence work added to the portfolio. 100th project completed with a landmark whole-home transformation.

2022

200 Projects & Beyond

The 200-project milestone is reached. 5-Year Workmanship Warranty introduced. Client satisfaction rating maintained at 98%+ across all completed projects.
